Buying via the Dealer Portal - How it works

In our dealer portal, you can access a wide selection of vehicles from over 130 purchasing sources at any time — directly from our own stock.

After registering, you can filter specifically by make, model, mileage, price, and more, allowing you to quickly find the right vehicles for your needs.

Once you have found the right vehicle, you can send a binding purchase request or price proposal directly through the listing.

We will review your request and get back to you promptly — by email or WhatsApp — with a counteroffer or confirmation.

Please note that purchase requests and price proposals are binding. Once confirmed by us, a binding purchase is concluded.

Once we accept your purchase request or price proposal, we first review your submitted company documents. You will then receive the vehicle invoice by email.

In addition to the vehicle price, a fixed service fee will be charged.

Depending on your buyer country, we issue either a gross or net vehicle invoice: Germany: gross; EU and third countries: net.

For first-time purchases, we reserve the right to charge a deposit amounting to 19% of the vehicle price in addition to the net vehicle price. The deposit serves to secure the transaction and ensures that all required documents are submitted in full. Once the process has been fully completed, the deposit will of course be refunded.

The total amount stated on the invoice must be transferred to the specified bank account within 3 working days.

The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days once all required buyer documents have been submitted in full and any open transactions have been finally clarified.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for organizing the vehicle collection yourself.

After full payment has been received, we will provide you with the collection authorization. Collection is possible no earlier than 2 working days after receipt of payment and should take place within 10 working days.

We can also organize transport for you if required. Simply contact us by email or WhatsApp — we will provide you with the transport price shortly.

If transport is handled through us, the deposit can often be waived.

The vehicle documents will only be sent after full payment of the vehicle price and the deposit has been received.

Documents are sent exclusively by post.
